How do I get added to PhantomOS?
Ask your dispatcher or fleet manager to add you. They just need your name and phone number — no email or account needed on your end. Once they add you, you'll start getting SMS notifications for new loads.
Do I need to download an app?
No. PhantomOS works entirely through SMS. You'll receive load details via text and reply YES or NO. No app, no login, no password to remember.
How do I see the loads before I commit?
The rate, pickup time, origin, and destination all come in the first SMS. You have all the info you need before you reply. No guessing, no calling around.
What happens after I reply YES?
The load is assigned to you. Your dispatcher gets notified, the load is marked as claimed, and you can see it in your driver portal. From there, you handle the haul your normal way.
What if I'm on HOS or unavailable?
You can set your availability status through your dispatcher. PhantomOS only texts you when you're marked available. If you miss a load, it goes to the next available driver.
Is this just for Permian Basin?
